Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Certain health and personal care items

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hausetrading.com to request the detailed return address and further instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@armillyproducts.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, send an email to support@armillyproducts.com with photos and videos of the damaged or defective areas. Mail your item to: Green Point, NSW 2251, after requesting the detailed address for the exchange process. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Hause Trading, NSW 2251. Be sure to request the detailed address when initiating your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any defective products is limited to a refund or replacement of the product at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This return and refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
