Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (except for club orders which are shipped in the first week of the following month of order). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner, however, may use other delivery partners from time to time. Average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch, excluding possible lockdown related delays, (orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed) are below:

  • Sydney / ACT : 3-5 business days
  • NSW other than Sydney: 3-5 business days
  • Melbourne: 3-6 business days
  • VIC other than Melbourne: 3-6 business days
  • South East QLD: 6-10 business days
  • QLD other than South East 6-10 business days
  • Adelaide: 6-10 business days
  • SA other than Adelaide: 6-10 business days
  • Perth: 6-10 business days
  • WA other than Perth: 6-10 business days
  • NT: 6-10 business days
  • Tasmania: 7-14 business days

 $11.30 per case (NSW/ACT), $14.99 per case (VIC/QLD/SA) and $19.99 per case (WA/NT/TAS). 

OZKEG Pressurized Portable Beer Mini Keg, 5L Keg with Internal CO2 Cartridge: 

$21.95 per case (NSW/ACT), $21.95 per case (VIC/QLD/SA) and $21.95 per case (WA/NT/TAS).

A case is predominantly determined by the weight of goods ordered, but can also be determined by the size of the goods regardless of weight (e.g. glassware). Final freight costs are automatically during the online checkout process. Pricing listed above is per complete case or part thereof. Pricing for breweries memberships are included as part of the listed price and vary depending on specified delivery address.

Shipping Information

Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.

If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field “company”.

All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises, we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.

If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Should a re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been picked from the local Post Office a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 processing and transaction fee.

Orders are dispatched once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day.

Deliveries to rural areas may only allow for a Road Side Delivery, i.e. larger properties with longer driveways where Australia Post will not deliver to the door of the premises. If the Road Side Delivery does not allow for larger parcels (e.g. only a small letter box is available) then the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office where it can be collected.
